Daybreak Residence is a custom two-story home designed with a focus on layered massing, strong indoor–outdoor connections, and flexible living spaces. The exterior composition blends light masonry, clean stucco finishes, and articulated rooflines to create depth and visual interest while maintaining a cohesive overall form.

The plan emphasizes openness and flow, with primary living areas oriented toward the rear yard and outdoor amenities. Upper-level spaces are organized to balance privacy with views, while large openings and covered outdoor areas extend the living experience beyond the interior footprint.
